We understand that introducing new processes, procedures or systems can be challenging which is why we are with you every step of the way. As a customer you will have direct access to technology experts and advisors to answer any technical queries. With any project that we design and integrate 1plex offer full training to all staff providing remote or on-site sessions along with user manuals. It is important that users are comfortable with the new systems so we are only ever a Teams call away to help aid and support anyone having difficulties adapting.
After implementation, we are never far away and will support our customer with any updates required to their systems as and when Microsoft releases them. All updates are fully tested by us in-house in our demo facility before they are integrated into our customer sites. We will make sure all users are aware of the updates and any implications they may have on working practices.
